2019 was a HUGE year for us at Twisted Wire Design!  Not only did Allison earn Silver Photographer of the Year at IPC (International Print Competition) - including a loan print of one of our client's family portraits - she also earned the last three remaining merits to achieve her Master Photographer Degree!!  We can hardly believe what a fantastic year it has been.

We are grateful to Puetz Corporation for their business, and proud to say their Ron & Sheilah Gates Auditorium project was part of our competition portfolio.  And even better, thank you to the Buche family for coming to Twisted Wire Design for their family portraits, their family composite portrait was accepted into the prestigious IPC Loan Collection.

Our remaining two images were from a trip to Yellowstone National Park, and were also accepted in the General Collection for receiving a score of 80 or above.  We are looking forward to the degree ceremony in Nashville in January 2020!

Allison Russell is the creative behind the camera at Twisted Wire Design. She grew up in Sonoma County, California and now lives in Mitchell, South Dakota.  Her boutique studio is in downtown Mitchell and she specializes in family, children, senior, and sports photography, and has been internationally recognized for her portraits.

Allison loves to meet amazing families and create gorgeous fine art portraits of their loved ones for them to hang in their homes. She has three kids (joyful chaos!) and loves to be outdoors with her family, traveling, a good book and glass of wine.
